1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the Singecloud website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. The Site is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you use the Site on behalf of a farm business, organisation, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to the entity as well as the individual user.
2. Description of services
Singecloud provides strategic and educational content focused on scaling small farm business operations profitably and sustainably. The Site may include articles, planning frameworks, checklists, KPI guidance, downloadable templates, and interactive tools such as a business growth assessment quiz. The Site is designed to help you think through decisions related to business planning for expansion, hiring and team management, infrastructure investment decisions, financial forecasting and cash flow management, technology adoption for efficiency, market expansion strategies, and risk management during growth.
The Site does not provide professional services. Any output from calculators, templates, checklists, or quizzes is general educational information and should not be treated as tailored advice. The suitability of any strategy depends on your farm context, including land base, labour availability, regulatory obligations, food safety requirements, animal welfare standards, climate risks, and your financial position.
3. User obligations
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit through Site forms is accurate and up to date.

- You will not submit malicious code, harmful content, or data that you do not have the right to provide.
- You will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
